- All payments are handled by our partner Payfast
(South Africa’s trusted payment gateway for online businesses) and are of the highest security standards. Your credit card number and personal information is protected by Payfast and will not be forwarded to a third party. Payfast ensures that your credit card information is kept safe.
- If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Payfast stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
- After Placing your order on our website, you will be redirected to the Payfast website to securely complete your payment.

6. Arabesque Gift Voucher
- Arabesque Gift Vouchers are valid for 1 year (12 months) after Sale.
- You can use your Gift Voucher to purchase items on our online store, Arabesque Durbanville or Arabesque Stellenbosch only.
- If your Gift Voucher value is less than the amount required to cover the full order you wish to place, you may make up the difference by paying via one of our other payment methods.
- Note: Gift Vouchers cannot be used to buy other Gift Vouchers or Coupons. They do not accrue interest and are not refundable for cash once purchased or otherwise obtained.
- Arabesque is not responsible for any harm due to the loss, unauthorised use or unauthorised distribution of a Gift Voucher, after it has delivered the Gift Voucher to you or the email address nominated by you.

You can now pay via EFT or Bank Deposit by following these simple steps should be followed:
1. Choose the EFT or Bank Deposit Payment Option on the Checkout Page
2. As soon as your order is complete a screen will appear with our Banking Details which are as follows:

Reference: Name, Surname & Your Order Number
4. Your Items have now automatically been reserved for you to give you time to make your EFT payment or Bank Deposit
5. Make your EFT payment or Bank Deposit into our account.
6. Use your Name, Surname & Unique Order Number as your reference for your payment. This should ensure speedy processing and delivery of your selected products.
7. Be sure to email us the Proof of Payment (POP) to info@arabesque-shop.com as soon as payment has been made. If this is not received it could result in delays in getting your items to you.
